Free on-demand training for CIPR members
CIPR members have exclusive access to a free on-demand training package worth nearly £400*. The free package features interactive courses on Crisis Communication, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) and Ethics & PR.
Once you register for a free on-demand training course, this will appear under 'My courses' in your MyCIPR account. You will have six months to complete the course and you will receive reminders before your access expires.

Crisis communication (newly updated)
This eight-module on-demand training programme provides an overview of the different stages of dealing with a crisis. The series will give you a better understanding of how issues turn into a crisis, how to create a crisis communications plan, how to respond to a crisis in an effective manner and more.

Terms and conditions of free training
Free registrations are capped at 1,000 per course. You will have six months to complete each on-demand course and we will send you regular reminders when your access is due to expire. If you need to extend your free access to any on-demand course, there is an administration charge of £30 per course.
