Her work drove major Welsh policy reforms and influenced global initiatives, including the UN's 2024 Declaration on Future Generations. Now a global adviser on long-term governance for countries and corporates, Howe serves as Future Governance Adviser at the School of International Futures and Global Ambassador for the Wellbeing Economy Alliance.
Ranked fifth on the BBC Women’s Power List and named a Top 100 UK Changemaker, Howe is a straight-talking, inspirational advocate known for challenging short-term decision-making to safeguard human and planetary wellbeing.
