Sam will discuss the process, from customer research to the end product, including the aims and objectives, cultural considerations and what lessons have been learnt along the way. She’ll also advise about how the changes have been embedded, how they’ve built the brand and its impacts. She'll share best practice examples, as well as answering questions.
